How it Works

Cubs is a New Zealand marketplace for buying and selling quality, second-hand baby and child products.

To list your children's items, you have two options:

1. Sell it Yourself

List your items yourself and let Cubs take care of the hard parts — payments, shipping and getting you paid.

  • List your items

Create an account and list your items yourself, similar to how you'd use TradeMe or Facebook Marketplace.

  • We handle payments

The platform handles all payments made by buyers, so there's no chasing bank transfers or meeting strangers.

  • We arrange shipping

Courier pickup is automated from your address (or your desired location), or you can drop off at NZ Post directly.

  • Get paid

Earnings are added to your Cubs Wallet as your listings sell. Cubs takes a small commission during this process.

You can initiate a withdrawal of your Cubs Wallet balance at any time, and Cubs will make a payment directly to your designated bank account. Alternatively, use your earnings to make purchases on the platform.

2. We Sell Your Stuff

Short on time? Send all your baby and child goods to Cubs and we'll list and sell your items on your behalf.

  • Send us your items

Package up all your baby and child goods and send them to Cubs.

  • We do the rest

We photograph, price, list and sell your items on your behalf. Cubs takes a higher commission using this process, but it's minimal effort on your side.

  • Weekly payouts

Cubs makes weekly payments directly to your bank account as your items sell.
