Cubs is a platform to allow you to trade secondhand children's items with other users.

• Cubs does not own any items listed and we don't offer them for sale, nor do we act as an agent for either user selling or buying. We are simply a platform that provides a means for sellings and buyers interact to sell goods as exchange for money or for free. However, we do hold payment and act as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller, and release funds to a seller once an item has been shipped.
• We take best endeavours to scan and screen listings for scams or fraud, but we can't guarantee to protect all buyers and sellers from fraud. We ask all users to be diligent and do as much due diligence as reasonable before buying items on the site. Please report any instances of fraud or scams and and we will then take the appropriate action.
• Users are not to list items on Cubs that are illegal, stolen or unsafe.
• Users are not to list items that don't align to children or baby goods.
• Users are not to list items in a way that misrepresent the items for sale in a way to trick or scam buyers.
• By signing up to Cubs, we may disclose your personal information in including your name and contact details, as well as any transactional records, site interactions or other relevant information, to the relevant authorities, parties and/or intellectual property rights holders.
• Fees will be deducted in accordance with our terms and conditions and fee structure which may change at anytime, after giving users notice and users agree they have no right to interest earned on amounts in trust.
• Don't be a knob - any douchebag behaviour could see you lose your account. Use your common sense, be polite and respectful, and don't break the law and you will be fine.
